Lumiz solar lanterns can be used outdoors year-round. Hang them in the sunlight, and by evening, the lanterns provide magical illumination.

Lumiz is a sustainable LED lantern. The lanterns are made from durable, weather-resistant, and 100% recyclable, patented Tyvek material. Tyvek is a high-quality material, meaning that the lanterns are long-lasting.

The solar lantern is an LED lantern that charges throughout the day with the help of solar batteries. The solar battery module inside the lantern is designed to match the colour of Tyvek and emits a warm LED light color. To ensure the lantern shines at its best, Lumiz decided to develop its own solar module. The module includes rechargeable AAA batteries that are optimally charged in sunlight.

Under optimal sunny conditions, the lantern can shine for 6-8 hours. The light intensity may decrease after 5-6 hours.

Charging tip: Hang the lantern in a place where the sun can shine directly on the solar panel.

Maintenance: Clean the solar panel with a soft damp cloth. This ensures maximum solar energy absorption. The Tyvek material can be wiped down with a soft damp cloth if necessary.

If you wish to store the lantern during winter, it’s easy to fold them flat. We recommend removing the batteries from the solar module. (If you leave the batteries in the solar panel for an extended period, they may leak and damage the electronic components.)
