Most of our orders are delivered in about 3 – 7 business days, but as you know, there are a ton of variables that can affect shipping times.

Tracking code will be provided after parcel have been sent out from our warehouse. If it is missing please contact our customer service.

The products can be replaced or returned within 14 days upon receipt of the product. Returns must be notified in writing. You can contact us here.

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same conditions as received. The cost of the return is paid by the customer.
